Birdwoods F.A.W.C! By 5 Ravioli a Hit

We got a lovely review in Hawke's Bay Today on Tuesday for our F.A.W.C! By 5 dish created by local pasta legend Danny Brown and our own Head Chef Wendy Barnett. Reviewer Linda Hall said, "I have to say this perfectly cooked home-made pasta was up there with the best I have had. I was really impressed and at just $15 this dish... is outstanding value for money." Danny and Wendy's creation is a warming bowl of fresh ravioli filled with slow braised shoulder of lamb and vegetables, served with Origin Earth smoked sheep’s cheese and garden leaves.
